The International Society for Reproductive Surgery and Fallopian tube (ISRS), was founded in October 2007 by a group  of clinicians and scientists during the World Congress on Fallopian Tubes in October 2007 in Kolkata, India. 

The society promotes study of all aspects reproductive surgery with special emphasis on fallopian tube, from ovulation to implantation, and all aspects of human reproduction and encourages evidence-based clinical practice amongst clinicians and enhanced communication between scientists interested in this area.
